Profile
Senny Mayulu is a French midfielder whose game links technical control with movement towards goal. Comfortable using either foot, he can combine with a teammate and then continue into a shooting position. PSG have highlighted his mobility and willingness to push forward: his attacking value comes from joining a move as well as helping to build it.
Born in Le Blanc-Mesnil, he played youth football with US Saint-Denis and AF Épinay-sur-Seine before progressing through Paris Saint-Germain’s academy. Luis Enrique gave him his first-team debut in January 2024. During the 2024/25 season, he became part of the senior rotation, with his versatility allowing him to contribute within the midfield.
That connection between combination play and finishing produced his most memorable early moment. Coming off the bench against Inter in the Champions League final on 31 May 2025, Mayulu linked with Bradley Barcola and struck a shot in off the post. His goal completed a 5–0 win as PSG became European champions for the first time.
He also appeared during PSG’s successful 2025/26 Champions League campaign. The club retained the trophy on 30 May 2026, beating Arsenal on penalties after a 1–1 draw. It gave Mayulu a second Champions League title, following the breakthrough season in which he had scored in the final.
His development with France included the run to the 2024 European Under-19 Championship final. Mayulu played in all five of France’s matches at the tournament and came on as a substitute in the final defeat by Spain. That experience sat alongside his first steps in senior club football.
After appearances for France’s under-20 side, he made his under-21 debut against Switzerland in November 2025. In September 2026 he started European qualifying matches against Iceland and Estonia. His international progression thus moved through several youth levels, with the under-21 appearances forming a further stage of his development.
Senny Mayulu currently plays for Paris Saint Germain as a central midfielder.
