1. Information We Collect

When you create an Oddsivio account we collect account information, which is currently limited to your email address and any display preferences you choose to set. We do not ask for your name, date of birth, or payment details at signup.

As you use the service we collect usage data such as which pages you view, which matches you star or follow, and how you interact with prediction signals. This data helps us understand which features are useful and where the product falls short.

Like most web services we also receive standard device and log data when your browser connects to us: IP address, browser and operating system, referring URL, and timestamps. This is used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use It

We use the information above to operate the service, keep you signed in, improve our prediction models and user experience, and send you transactional emails — for example, account verification, password resets, and important changes to your account.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers for behavioural targeting. Aggregated, anonymised statistics about how the product is used may be shared in summaries or research write-ups, but never in a form that identifies you.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use a small number of essential session cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. These cannot be turned off without breaking core functionality.

We also use a privacy-respecting analytics cookie to count page views and measure feature adoption. This is optional and can be disabled from your account settings; doing so will not affect access to the service.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with the subprocessors we need to run Oddsivio: a cloud hosting provider, an analytics vendor, and a transactional email provider. Each has a contractual obligation to process data only on our instructions.

We do not work with advertising partners and we do not embed third-party ad networks or social trackers on our pages.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of anything inaccurate, delete your account and associated data, or receive an export of your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email us from the address on your account. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable window, usually well under thirty days.

6. Children

Oddsivio is a betting-adjacent product and is not directed at users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone we believe to be under 18, and we will delete any such data we discover.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves or as the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

If the changes are material — for example, a new category of data collection or a new subprocessor with broad access — we will notify account holders by email before the changes take effect.

8. Contact

Questions, requests, or concerns about privacy can be sent to our privacy team. The fastest route is the form on our contact page; we route privacy enquiries to a dedicated mailbox.

If you are not satisfied with our response you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
