Leagues Cup in brief
The Leagues Cup is an official club competition between Major League Soccer and Liga MX. The 2026 edition features 36 clubs: all 18 Liga MX teams and 18 qualified MLS teams, followed by an opening phase and knockout rounds. The top three finishers qualify for the Concacaf Champions Cup.
