Martin Baturina put Como ahead in the 17th minute, finishing off an assist from Assane Diao to make it 0-1. Napoli responded within the half-hour when Rasmus Højlund converted a chance set up by Amir Rrahmani to level the score at 1-1. But Como restored their advantage just four minutes later as Anastasios Douvikas struck, again teed up by Baturina, putting the away side back in front at 1-2, a scoreline that held through half-time and to the final whistle.
Napoli enjoyed 58 percent of the ball and produced 21 shots to Como's 13, yet could not find a second goal despite the territorial advantage, while Como made their limited chances count in front of goal with six shots on target.

Sirius · Why these numbers
Before kick-off Sirius gave Napoli 41%, the draw 31%, Como 28%. It finished Napoli 1–2 Como.
Level sides, home ground swings it, even this early in the season — Nothing separates them on our strength rating, and Napoli's 41% is home ground and little else. The draw at 31% is lifted by the early-season fade in home wins.
Why Napoli in front?
Home ground, and little else. Almost nothing between them on our strength rating — 1958 to 1923. Sides this close won 45.6% of 14,515 home games (draw 26.5%, visitors 27.9%).
Why only 41%?
Because on our strength rating there is nothing in it. Both sides are inside their first six league games — home wins land softer this early in the season, so this trims Napoli's column. Across 10,823 opening-stretch games since 2010, home sides won 42.8% where the rating map expected 44.9%, with draws up 2.0 — negative in every season since 2018. Serie A home sides under-perform the global norm — and the difference mostly flows to the other outcomes. Serie A homes won 43.3% of 6,096 games vs 44.9% across all 99,542 — outside the noise band, so the tally moves accordingly.
Why is the draw second, ahead of the Como win?
Between sides this level the draw starts at 26.5%. These teams' recent games average 2.4 goals — a typical goals environment. Games in that environment drew 26.2% of 27,699. Early-season fixtures add 2.0 points to the draw. The goals environment adds 1.4 points to the draw.
